Today’s post is quick! These ladies are all from Mermaid Annual 1960 but weren’t given photo credit so I don’t know who they are, but their pictures are pretty great. The first picture is the centerfold, I just love the pose. I am having trouble with my Flickr account, they marked everything restricted so I can’t link to it anymore, although the pictures are all still there. It’s lame cuz not everything is explicit, but they have marked even images that are safe. So for now I uploaded them to my wordpress account, hope the images still turn out well. Enjoy!

June Wilkinson is an adorable British Model/Actress. She was in Playboy a number of times as well as a ton of films. She was a topless dancer when Hugh Hefner discovered her at age 15, but she’s not just some stripper cuz she’s also a trained dancer. Her second film was Russ Meyer’s Immortal Mr Teas and even appeared in the Batman TV show. AND her second appearance in Playboy was also photographed by Russ Meyer! She remained popular thru the 1970’s, may compared her to Mamie Van Doren and Jayne Mansfield. June even made an appearance in a film in 2005, demonstrating her amazing resilience in such a hard business, a true intelligent and industrious business woman. This pictorial is her dancing around in her own home. Enjoy!

Mermaid Annual is probably my fave magazine in my collection so far. It’s so adorable and soft and 60s! They’re all ladies I would want to be pals with, and I like that, they look nice and sweet. Obviously there’s times to be trashy, maybe if you’re in an issue of Panty Babes, but I really enjoy their class I suppose. But its class while showing you their boobies! I love how Elke Eichwede looks almost like someone I could have gone to school with. Her smile and demeanor seems so Californian to me for some reason.Blast says she is Norwegian and 6ft tall, but I didn’t find any other info on her. So all I have to offer is the pictures, which speak for themselves I suppose. Enjoy!

Barbara Valentin from Blast! #1

Barbara Valentin is so adorable! She is a model and actress from Germany who was super popular in the 60’s and 70’s, appearing on film and television. Apparently in the 80’s she had a relationship with Freddie Mercury. I am not sure what that relationship entailed exactly, but I thought it was interesting to note. She is compared to Jayne Mansfield and Brigitte Bardot, you know boobs and blonde hair, makes sense. My fave picture is the second one where she’s laying down, but in every shot she looks like she’s having fun. Enjoy!
