It’s Christmastime and all your lady co-workers are getting naked! I am not sure why the guys are still fully clothed, what a disappointment. I love the styling of this pictorial, it’s so 60’s office trash chic, like “I’m at work but I’m drunk so my garters are showing” (well I guess more than garters are showing) I really get the sense that these co-workers enjoy each other’s company, maybe even beyond work hours! The 60’s party wear, great hairdos, office decoration as well as graphic design make this pictorial really special. I am so happy to share it with you, I hope you love the aesthetic as much as I do. Kathy Noland has a lot to say in Topper 1966. Her pictorial is pretty short but I love the write up Topper has for her-

“Consider her eyes, deep purple, of course, and flashing with a hidden promise. Consider her nose and those pouting lips…Man this girl has got it! And those legs! And her breasts, those veritable moons of paradise! No wonder they’re chasing Kathy all over town. And how do we know? Kathy told us so.”

That writing is just great. “…those veritable moons of paradise” man I wish I was that good! Enjoy!

An Island Girl

Woo first article from The Best Of Topper 1966! This is Erico Tainis and she is a ‘barmaid’ in Crazy Jack’s Saloon on Maui. Her pictorial was shot in Lahaina in Maui. The shots of her on this Hawaiian beach are beautiful and artsy, it’s easy to see why this pictorial was included in this Best Of. I love that pink one piece, just from a vintage fashion lovers perspective.

You might notice I have started using watermarks on these images. I have found people using my images as their own, even profiting off them. I don’t actually make any money from this blog, but I do put in a lot of work scanning, editing, and posting the pics. I also purchase all these magazines, so I guess technically I lose money, that’s not an issue though because the work I put in to bring you these pics is something I enjoy. I really like adding to the historic archive, these images would be lost if someone didn’t scan them in and share them, it’s a silly passion but worth it because I know you enjoy and appreciate my work. Anyway now there’s watermarks. I really should have done them from the beginning, live and learn. Maybe someday I will monetize the blog, maybe.

New Mag- Best Of Topper 1966

Woo guys new magazine day! This one is Topper 1966, my second issue of Topper so far. Actually I don’t think I have any doubles yet, so its my first second issue. This mag is kinda short but has mostly color photos, which is pretty rad, they look great! I’m pretty excited about this one actually, I know you’re gonna love it. This particular post is going to be a bit different, I am adding two cartoons and four back of the mag adverts. Usually forget about the extras and move onto the next mag, but they’re still cool stuff to see, I love the retro art and advertising style. The other picture that’s not the cover/back of the mag is an interesting collage that goes along with story titled ‘The Vegas Virgin’

In Defense Of Prostitution

Hi everybody! I created a Twitter account for The TrashPhile its pretty simple @thetrashphile although I am not entirely sure what to post on it. Maybe tons of nudie pics? Maybe just one a day? I haven’t decided. I can announce blog posts, so that’s handy. Maybe you can tweet me and let me know what you’d like to see.

This is the last article/pictorial/whatever from Gusto 1963, but it’s so huge I am splitting it up into two posts. It’s called ‘In Defense Of Prostitution’ but after a few pages the ‘story’ drops off and all thats there is naked ladies, random unnamed naked ladies. I guess this magazine really gets to the point. There’s some amazingly adorable ladies in this mag and as I move on to the next one I will miss their faces. One more post about Gusto, hopefully later this week, and on to a new mag I know you guys are gonna love, and a much better labeled one at that. Enjoy!

I am currently editing up a new mag, there’s one or two more articles from this mag, I might just combine all the rest of the pics into one jumbo post. Deep Drink of Revenge

Yet another fiction piece plus pictures of unnamed nude ladies from Gusto 1963. I really think you’ll like this one though, there’s tons of pics and most of them are different models. I wish I knew who they were but I am thinking they might have been one time models and the mag didn’t have enough of any one model for a whole pictorial. One of the pictures is split between two pages so I’ll include the stitched up pic also. The girls are all super cute and the pictorial features a variety of looks. Short post but lots o pics! Corinna Tsopei Miss Universe 1964

An interesting thing happened recently. I’ll start with briefly mentioning my instagram account stacytrashphile, not just for a plug, but because its an integral part of the story. I found a picture of a pretty brown haired lady in a metallic gold bathing suit, matching cape and metallic gold heels on Tumblr and thought it was a pretty rad pic and posted it on instagram. The lady is sitting on what I thought was large gold coins, with a globe in the background. I captioned the pic “Dunno what it is but I like it” I wasn’t sure where the picture came from or the context, I was thinking maybe a 60’s sci-fi movie. Anyway a short time after posting it I received a message from a guy named Paris Zax who as it turns out is the lady in the picture’s son! Her name is Corinna Tsopei and after researching more about her the whole situation is so much more interesting than I originally thought. He sent me a bunch of pics of his mom from the 60’s, I will add them to the post of course.

Corinna is a beauty pageant veteran from Greece, who in 1964 won Miss Universe. She was the first Greek winner of Miss Universe, and according to my research she still helps judge from time to time. Along with her pageant efforts she appeared in several films/TV shows through out the 60’s.

Back to the picture I posted on instagram- apparently it’s a picture from her Miss Golden Globe win in 1967. I didn’t realize the prop is a stack of large gold film canisters, not coins, also representing The Golden Globes is a literal golden globe in the background, it all makes sense now! The whole situation is pretty awesome, I love that her son contacted me and I got to learn not only her name, but read more about her interesting and exciting background. The pictures featured below are the ones her son sent to me, my fave is the second picture, she’s stunning and definitely deserving of her Miss Universe title. Enjoy!
